DEADLINE to rate TCEQ – Sunset Review comments due by Feb. 1

State agencies periodically undergo legislative review to see if they are performing well and consider improvements.  TCEQ (Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) is one of the agencies the Sunset Advisory Commission will evaluate this year – and it’s a valuable opportunity to implement significant changes and badly needed reform.
